We’re all vibrating at a certain frequency. Sounds a bit ‘woo-woo’, right? It’s normal for your inner skeptic to come out and to question this theory. I, myself, had doubts. Everything changed when my loved one, Gregory, passed away and I was launched into a world of awakenings, truths, and the twin flame journey. This path required a deeper understanding of the universe we live in and the consciousness that experiences it.
Let’s take a moment to unpack this idea that the world is nothing more than energy and frequency. Because it’s not just a mystical notion; it’s a fundamental principle of life. Everything from the tiniest atom to the sprawling galaxies operates on this principle of vibration. Science backs this up with physics, energy, waves, and resonance. But there’s more to it than just equations and numbers. There’s a depth to this concept that touches every aspect of our lives—our experiences, our emotions, our health.
To truly understand something, we need to go beyond math and science. Those are just two modalities—two of the many ways of describing something. But life? Life is multimodal. It’s multidimensional, filled with layers and depths that make up everything we encounter. Every experience in our three-dimensional reality adheres to the laws of physics and the universe, even the moments of divine intervention or miracles.
We can analyze the mechanics behind an event, the chain of occurrences that led to a particular outcome. But that doesn’t always reveal the ‘why’ or the spark that ignited something extraordinary. It’s like knowing how a seed sprouts into a flower but missing the invisible forces guiding its unique growth.
This suggests that the source of miracles might lie beyond our current scientific understanding, perhaps in the quantum field—a realm of infinite possibilities where all realities exist before they manifest in our physical world. We’re talking about layers and levels, from the physical attributes of something to the words we use to describe it, to the beliefs and emotions tied to it, extending even to non-physical layers like emotional, mental, and etheric dimensions. No matter the modality or level, everything circles back to frequency.

For something to exist in this reality, it can be explained through means of mathematical equation, geometry, language, and so on. When we look to the meaning of something or try to define it, we are retroactively doing so. The event has already happened or the item already existed. So of course, as we look back to do so, it will appear as if free will is not real. As if everything you do, say, and think in life is predetermined. Because we’re looking at what’s already happened, making it make sense in its past state. The puzzle is already put together for us and all we’re doing is reviewing what’s there. This doesn’t mean free will is not real, however. The more you understand frequency and your vibrational energy, the more you’ll know this to be true.
Have you ever walked into a room and immediately felt energized or, conversely, drained? That’s frequency in action. As humans, we tend to view the world from a singular perspective, but the universe is anything but one-dimensional. To fully grasp a topic, we need to incorporate multiple modalities.
Let’s take a simple example: “2 + 2.” Most of us would grab a piece of paper or a calculator and write it down to get the answer: 4. But does that really explain it? That’s just one modality—math. To fully explain it, we need to use language, verbal communication, and even physical objects. Imagine holding two apples in one hand and two more in the other. When you combine them, you see the tangible result: four apples.
Now we’re getting somewhere. By using physical objects, we bring the concept into material reality. We can visualize those apples in our mind’s eye, adding another layer of understanding. And what if we added descriptive traits? Maybe they’re red or green, each color representing different frequencies. Red light vibrates at around 430 terahertz, while green comes in at about 500 to 600 terahertz.
This ties into the chakra system—the energy centers in our bodies, each operating on its own frequency. The root chakra, which is red, represents survival and stability. The heart chakra, resonating with green, embodies love and compassion. Each chakra is layered, providing different dimensions of our being.
When you ascend the chakra scale from the root to the crown, you’re moving through a connected system, gaining more depth and understanding. You can’t fully grasp the root chakra without considering its context within the entire chakra system. If you only focus on the root chakra, you’re missing out on the richness of experiences the universe offers.
This principle applies to everything in life. If you look solely to science for answers and neglect other aspects like metaphysics or faith, you’re limiting your understanding. The world operates across many modalities, layers, and systems. Experiencing this world fully requires embracing the entire system, not just a singular point of view.
Returning to our apples, we’ve added color and physicality to our understanding. The color we visualize carries a frequency that connects to everything else. This is where the magic happens. The moment you start layering these dimensions, you deepen the meaning.
Imagine visiting an apple orchard on a crisp fall day, surrounded by vibrant leaves and fresh mountain air. You see horses grazing in the distance, and suddenly, a memory of family gatherings at your cabin in the mountains floods your mind. That memory influences your mood, your perception of the moment, triggering chemical reactions in your body. This is how experiences intertwine, creating a rich tapestry of life.
Now, if we strip everything back to just “2 + 2 = 4,” we lose all meaning. Simply writing it down doesn’t suffice. To convey the concept, we need to engage multiple channels of communication. This is the essence of existence—the interconnectedness of everything, the layers and modalities that bring depth to our understanding.
When we apply this principle to our daily lives, we see that everything is multidimensional—from our thoughts and beliefs to social dynamics and global issues. These layers flow into everything, and it takes a comprehensive understanding to see things in their true light.
Your senses must be open to detect these different levels, and your inner self must be receptive to integrate this information. This is where the inner work of spiritual awakening comes into play. It’s not just about external rituals; it’s about tapping into the immaterial energies within you, connecting with the Source.
So, how do we apply this to our lives? Our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs all vibrate at a frequency. Positive emotions like joy and gratitude resonate at higher frequencies, while negative emotions like fear and anger vibrate lower. By consciously raising our vibrational frequency, we can attract more positive experiences.
You can expand your consciousness and harmonize your energy flow for better well-being.
Here are some ways to raise your vibration:
• Practice gratitude: Appreciate the good things in your life.
• Spend time in nature: Connect with the Earth’s natural frequencies.
• Meditate: Still your mind and connect with your inner peace.
• Engage in activities you love: Follow your passions and let your spirit soar.
Remember, you have the power to choose your frequency. By consciously raising your vibration and viewing life through a multidimensional lens, you can create a more fulfilling and joyful existence. So, let’s embrace the layers, the connections, and the vibrational frequencies that shape our reality. Let’s vibrate higher, together.
