The Patterns of Creation Signal a Universal Connection
I love to notice patterns that are shared in the world. Everyone, everything around us, and everything that is us are all connected. Entangled together in the energetic fabric of our Source. (This is where the concept of Source Energy comes from.) As such with being connected, patterns and similarities can be seen across everything in creation. The functions and designs of the Earth resemble the functions and designs of the cosmos.
Remember my comment on how the image of a human cell looked like its own mini-universe? The same patterns contained within a single cell can be found in the patterns of the universe. This in itself is also a pattern!
It’s like there was a blueprint used to create all things (living and non-living; intangible and tangible). Everything follows that same blueprint, on some level. What’s more amazing is that we are able to actually detect these patterns and recognize the correlation.
This is a clear signal that we share the same energy / consciousness / frequency / whatever you want to call it, and are connected. Because of this connection, each of us is able to tap into this shared fabric of consciousness to explore spiritual, energetic dimensions.
Inspire an Inner Expansion
We are breathtakingly amazing beings—each and every one of us, down to our cellular level. The complexity and beauty of this single human cell inspires us to remove the things that hold us back and live a life of limitless potential.
To gain a life that’s equally as amazing as each cell in our bodies are, it starts with inner work. Our reality is the end result. It is what each and every one of us bring into fruition through our internal thoughts, emotions, and actions. It all begins with our inner self, which is why it is so important to be gentle with yourself. Realize how infinitely amazing you are.

Let go of the false beliefs, arbitrary restrictions, and self-imposed limits that many of us carry with us each day. Some may be buried deep in our subconscious. Some may be residue from previous experiences. Some may not even be ours! Shift your mindset to dissolve the expectations you’ve set. When our own judgement has deemed we’ve failed to meet these expectations, it deteriorates our self-love. It dims our light. Living with expectations of our reality limits us in many ways.
You are a beautiful, magnificent creature living in a universe that’s depth is beyond comprehension. You owe it to ourselves to approach life as such.
