We are operating in a world made by the Creator. We are all acting in a world that He designed. God (Spirit/Source/the Creator) tells us there is power in our words, our actions, and everything we think, say or do. Our ability to manifest is merely an echo of how we are “created in his image.” God, or Spirit, is ultimately where this perceived power comes from.
